This policy explains how tattoo artwork, portfolio media, brand assets, and platform content should be handled on TATZO.

Artist Work

Artists retain rights in their original tattoo artwork and portfolio media unless separately agreed otherwise. Uploading work to TATZO gives the platform permission to display it for discovery, profile, booking, and promotional platform use.

User References

Reference images uploaded by users are used to explain tattoo ideas and do not transfer ownership or design rights.

TATZO Brand

The TATZO name, logo, design, interface, and platform materials may not be copied, modified, or used without permission.
