Data We Collect

TATZO may collect account details, profile details, city or area location, artist portfolio information, booking records, uploaded media metadata, notifications, reports, device information, and payment status references required to operate the platform.

How We Use Data

We use data to create and secure accounts, support artist discovery, manage quote and booking requests, review artist verification, process support requests, prevent abuse, improve product reliability, and maintain platform safety.

Payments

Payments may be processed by trusted payment providers such as Razorpay. TATZO does not store full card, UPI, or banking credentials. Payment providers handle payment data according to their own policies.

Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, payments, support, security, and legal compliance.

Deletion and Contact

Users and artists can request deletion through the Account Deletion Policy or by contacting support@tatzo.co.in.
